Table Services

Quality table settings can be provided based on disposable ware or china.  For pre-plated sit-down dinner service, add $3.00 per person

Serving Times

We will allow for one hour of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to your event.  For large groups, we will allow extra serving time.  Any additional time needed or late evening times will be billed at $15 per server, per hour.

Final Number of Guests

Your final  guest count is due 10 days prior to your event.  It is your responsibility to contact us for your final guarantee.  Final payment is due day of your event.  We accept local checks, money order, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  6% sales tax and 18% service charge will be added to all catered events.


A deposit of $300 is required to secure your date.  This deposit is not transferable or refundable due to cancellation, but is deducted from your final bill.

Leftover Foods

Our policy has always been to provide customers with all leftover food.  Once our staff has left the premises it is your responsibility that proper temperatures and handling occur.  We will package all leftovers for you; however, it is your responsibility to provide containers for leftovers.


We are fully licensed by our state and local governments for your protection and safety as well as your guests.  We are inspected on a regular basis and adhere to all safety and health regulations.  A copy of our license is available upon request.  We strongly recommend the use of licensed and insured caterers.

Prepared to Order

Our food is all homemade and we take pride in doing special requests by deleting and adding certain ingredients to our recipes to accommodate our customers whenever possible.  Although consuming raw or uncooked meats, poultry, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness especially if you have a medical condition.
